Refund Policy

1. General

Torus Tech Services S.R.L. ("we", "us", or "our") provides IT support and consultancy services on a fixed-price, no-contract basis for individuals and businesses.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Clients)

If you are a consumer (individual acting outside your trade or profession) and you purchase our services online, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day we confirm your service order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email at: support@torus-tech.com

3. Refunds for Services

If no work has started on your service request: you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

If work has already commenced: refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, prorated for the work already performed. We will inform you of the refund amount within 14 days of your withdrawal request.

If the service has been fully delivered: no refund is available unless the service was not performed as agreed.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@torus-tech.com with:

Your full name or company name
Order/invoice number
Reason for the refund request

5. Timing of Refunds

We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your valid withdrawal notice or refund request. Refunds are issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

Services that have been fully completed and delivered
Emergency support services that were performed immediately at your request
Services where you explicitly requested us to begin work before the withdrawal period ended
